Refund Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

7-day refund, no questions asked

If you're not satisfied with your report, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

If you live in the EU, UK or Switzerland, you have 14 days.

Reply to your receipt email, or email support@attractivenesscheck.com from the address you used at checkout.

You're welcome to tell us why, because it helps us improve, but you don't have to. Your refund doesn't depend on the reason.

We refund you within 2 business days of your request, to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.
Your report link stops working.
Any face data from that order (your photo, if it hasn't been deleted yet, and facial measurements) is deleted, together with the report. A PDF you already saved stays on your device.

The no-questions refund is available once per customer. We identify a customer by email address and payment card.
After a refund, we may decline future purchases from the same customer.
These limits apply only to our voluntary satisfaction guarantee. They do not apply to:
- refunds for reports we failed to deliver,
- remedies for a report that doesn't work as described, or
- any right you have under the law where you live.

If your report fails to generate after you upload your photo and we can't fix it, we refund you automatically. You don't need to ask.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
