Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026 · Last updated: October 29, 2026

This policy is published under Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373). It applies to Washington residents, and to anyone whose data is collected in Washington. Attractiveness Check has no affiliates.

1. Consumer health data we collect, and why

Category What it is Purpose and how it is used
Biometric data: face photo Your selfie. For the free score it stays on your device; we receive a smaller copy only if you buy a report Reviewing how your photo comes across (lighting, expression, hairstyle, style, how your skin looks in the photo), to write your report; showing it in your report with measurement lines; creating your hairstyle previews
Biometric data: facial measurements Proportions, angles and symmetry between points on your face, calculated in your browser. We receive them only if you buy a report The measurement sections of your report
Biometric data: photo readings and sampled colours A few readings of your photo (such as brightness and head angle) and colours sampled from your skin, hair, eyes and lips, calculated in your browser. We receive them only if you buy a report The photo, skin and colour palette sections of your report
Biometric data: hairstyle previews Three images an AI creates from your photo The hairstyle section of your report

What we don't do

  • We don't collect any other kind of health data.
  • We describe how your skin looks in your photo, but we don't identify, diagnose or infer any skin, medical or health condition.
  • We don't use these data to identify you, recognize you, or match you to anyone.
  • We don't use them for advertising or model training.
  • We don't use geofencing around health care facilities.

Retention: see the Biometric Data Policy. Your photo, hairstyle previews, facial measurements, photo readings and sampled colours are kept with your report and deleted with it 12 months after purchase, or sooner if you delete your data.

2. Sources

All of this data comes directly from you: the photo you choose, the measurements, readings and colours your browser calculates from it, and the hairstyle previews our image AI provider creates from it for you.

3. Consumer health data we share

We do not share or sell consumer health data with third parties or affiliates.

We disclose it only to processors that act on our instructions, to produce the report you asked for:

4. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data, and access it. This includes a list of every third party and affiliate that received it, with a way to contact each. (We have none. We will still list our processors.)
  • withdraw your consent to collection and sharing.
